Marlo D. Lowe is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1990 and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009. Ms. Lowe has over 30 years in the behavioral health field with 9 ½ yrs. supervising the Little Rock Drug Court. She currently holds credentials as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and has a post Master’s certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from UALR. Ms. Lowe is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Arkansas in the Addiction Studies Program, the Lead Drug Education Therapist at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare, a seasoned professional development workshop facilitator, a trainer/facilitator for the national company Balancing Life Issues, and a national consultant for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention/National Training & Technical Assistance Center.
