Kirk Duboise is the Program Operations Director of Men’s Services for Harbor House Inc., HHI, headquartered in Fort Smith. His career in the substance use counseling field began over 10 years ago working overnights as a CIT, doing whatever was needed to support the facility, including washing dishes. Since those days, he has been certified as an Alcohol/Drug Counselor (ADC), and a Distance Clinical Supervisor (CS-D). Kirk holds a National Certification in Gambling and is a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for The Department of Transportation. He is a student at the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith in the Social Work program. He is a treatment team member for the Crawford County DWI court program. Kirk has been awarded the Clinical Supervisor of the year award, 2018 by The Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board (ASACB); and has been a member of the Board of the ASACB since 2017.
